Azul Announces Management Transition

Azul S.A. announced that its Chief Financial Officer and Investor Relations Officer, Mr. Alexandre Wagner Malfitani, will be resigning from his positions, effective April 20th, 2026. The company also informed that Mr. Antonio Carlos Garcia will be appointed as the new Vice-President, Chief Financial Officer, and Investor Relations Officer, also effective April 20th, 2026, pending board approval. Mr. Garcia brings extensive experience from his previous roles at Embraer and ThyssenKrupp. A transition period will commence on April 20th, with both Malfitani and Garcia involved.
