Resubmission of Remote Voting Ballot for the AEGM

Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S.A. – Eletrobras (the "Company" or “AXIA Energia”) has resubmitted the Remote Voting Ballot for the Annual and Extraordinary General Meeting (AEGM) to be held on April 15, 2026. The resubmission was to include a resolution regarding a waiver of specific Brazilian law requirements for a candidate to the fiscal council, Mr. José Reinaldo Magalhães. This candidate is currently a member of the board of directors for CEMIG and TAESA, which are competing companies. His current terms are set to expire at their respective annual general meetings in 2026, and he is also a candidate for reelection to the board of directors of TAESA for a new one-year term. The Company clarified that previously submitted voting instructions remain valid. The deadline for shareholders to submit or resubmit their Remote Voting Ballots is April 11, 2026, four days prior to the AEGM. Shareholders are advised to use the same service provider as before to avoid inconsistencies.
