Aspira Women's Health Inc. Enters into Laboratory Services Agreement with Mayo Clinic Laboratories

Aspira Women's Health Inc. has entered into a Laboratory Services Agreement with Mayo Collaborative Services, Inc. (Mayo Clinic Laboratories) effective December 16, 2025. Under this five-year agreement, Aspira will provide specific reference laboratory testing services, including Ova1Plus and OvaWatch tests, to Mayo Clinic Laboratories on a non-exclusive, as-requested basis for clinical purposes. Mayo Clinic Laboratories will manage test cataloging, ordering, result delivery, and billing, while Aspira will invoice Mayo for services rendered. The agreement includes standard provisions for confidentiality, healthcare law compliance, insurance, and indemnification. Aspira is currently finalizing redactions for the full agreement before filing.
