AeroVironment, Inc. Enters into New Lease Agreement

AeroVironment, Inc. has executed a new lease agreement for approximately 130,733 square feet of premises located at 4387 West 2100 South, West Valley City, Utah 84120. The lease commences upon the Company occupying the premises or the substantial completion of improvements, and it expires 126 months after the commencement date. The base monthly rent starts at $146,420.96 and increases annually, with the final 6 months of the term having a base rent of $206,541.22. The Company will also be responsible for its proportionate share of operating expenses, including property taxes. AeroVironment has two five-year extension options, with the rent during extension terms set at the then-current market rent, but not less than the preceding month's rent.
