Aurelion Inc. Announces Change of Chief Accounting Officer

Aurelion Inc. has appointed Ms. Yuki Xu as acting chief accounting officer, effective April 13, 2026, replacing Ms. Hattie He. Ms. Xu brings extensive experience in financial reporting and SEC compliance, having previously served as Associate Director of Financial Reporting and Disclosure at Burning Rock Biotech Limited, where she played a key role in their Nasdaq IPO. Prior to that, she worked at KPMG Huazhen LLP, leading U.S. IPO and SOX audit engagements. Ms. Xu is a licensed CPA and holds a Bachelor of Finance degree.
