Power of Attorney for SEC Filings

This document is a Power of Attorney filed by Ryan Cole, Chief Operating Officer of Aurinia Pharmaceuticals Inc., appointing Stephen Robertson as his attorney-in-fact. This grants Mr. Robertson the authority to obtain credentials for submitting SEC filings via EDGAR, manage the EDGAR account, and execute Forms 3, 4, and 5, as well as Form 144, on behalf of Mr. Cole. The Power of Attorney also clarifies that neither the company nor the attorney-in-fact assumes liability for Mr. Cole's compliance obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Securities Act of 1933. This authorization remains effective until Mr. Cole is no longer required to file these forms or until revoked.
