Atkore Inc. Announces Sale of HDPE Pipe & Conduit Business to Infra Pipes

Atkore Inc. has announced the sale of its High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipe and conduit business to Infra Pipes. This strategic move is part of Atkore's ongoing portfolio management and is expected to enhance its financial profile by improving Adjusted EBITDA margins and Return on Invested Capital. The transaction will allow Atkore to focus more on its core electrical product offerings. Infra Pipes, a leader in polyethylene pipeline solutions, is seen as a strong fit for the acquired business. Atkore will retain a 10% equity stake in the combined entity and will contribute approximately $28 million in capital. The company anticipates various tax benefits from this sale. Citi served as the exclusive financial advisor and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP as legal advisors to Atkore. Atkore, a manufacturer of electrical products, had sales of $2.9 billion in fiscal year 2025.
