Heritage Assets SCSp Reports Diluted 38.4% Stake in Arqit Quantum Inc. Following Warrant Sales

Heritage Assets SCSp, M Management S.A., and Manfredi Lefebvre d'Ovidio filed Amendment No. 9 to their Schedule 13D for Arqit Quantum Inc. (ARQQ) on May 26, 2026. The filing reports a decrease in beneficial ownership percentage to 38.4% (9,249,963.8 shares), down from previous levels due to dilution from the issuer's issuance of additional Ordinary Shares and the open market sale of Business Combination Warrants.
