Ares Management Corporation Q1 2026 Earnings Release

Ares Management Corporation reported its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. GAAP net income was $142.6 million, or $0.46 per share. After-tax realized income was $452.4 million, or $1.24 per share. Fee related earnings were $464.4 million. The company announced strong first quarter fundraising of $30 billion, a 45% year-over-year increase. Assets under management (AUM) grew 18% year-over-year to $644.3 billion, and fee-paying AUM (FPAUM) grew 19% to $399.6 billion. The company declared a quarterly dividend of $1.35 per share for Class A common stock. Ares also completed the acquisition of BlueCove Limited, adding $5.5 billion in AUM.
