Adlai Nortye Doses First Patient in Intermittent Weekly Arm of Phase 1 AN9025 Trial
On July 16, 2026, Adlai Nortye Ltd. (NASDAQ: ANL) announced that the first patient has been dosed in the United States in the intermittent weekly dosing (QW) arm of its ongoing Phase 1 clinical trial of AN9025. AN9025 is an oral small molecule pan-RAS(ON) inhibitor designed to target a broad spectrum of RAS mutations in advanced or metastatic solid tumors. The Phase 1 study is a first-in-human, multicenter, open-label trial evaluating safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity. The company believes the intermittent weekly dosing schedule may widen the therapeutic window by allowing normal tissue recovery while maintaining tumor RAS-signaling inhibition. Currently, both the once-daily (QD) and QW dose escalation arms are enrolling patients. The trial is being conducted as a multi-regional clinical trial in collaboration with Jiangsu Aosaikang Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. (ASK Pharm). Adlai Nortye retains rights to AN9025 outside of China, while ASK Pharm holds rights within mainland China, Hong Kong, and Macao.
