AMTD IDEA Group, through its subsidiary AMTD Digital Inc. and The Generation Essentials Group (TGE), announced the successful pricing of its first SPAC listing. TGE Value Creative Solutions Corp., sponsored by TGE, priced its initial public offering of 15 million units at $10.00 per unit on the New York Stock Exchange, with trading commencing on December 19, 2025, under the ticker symbol "BEBE U." Each unit comprises one Class A ordinary share and one-half of a redeemable warrant. The company is focused on acquiring businesses in the media, digital media, entertainment, high fashion, lifestyle, culture, and gaming sectors. This listing is the first step in TGE's strategy to sponsor and list a series of SPACs to drive growth in complementary sectors and enhance shareholder value.
