AMC Networks Inc. Renames to AMC Global Media Inc.

AMC Networks Inc. has officially changed its corporate name to AMC Global Media Inc. This change was formalized on April 8, 2026, with the filing of Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation with the Nevada Secretary of State. The company also amended its Bylaws to reflect this name change. The common stock will continue to be traded on the NASDAQ under the existing ticker symbol "AMCX." Existing stock certificates for Class A and Class B common stock remain valid and do not require exchange. Additionally, the company is revising and updating the description of its capital stock, which will be detailed in Exhibit 99.1.
