Amber International Holding Limited Announces Changes of Directors

Amber International Holding Limited has announced a change in its board of directors, effective May 21, 2026. Ms. Noorsurainah Tengah has been appointed as a new member of the board and will serve on the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and the Investment Committee. Ms. Tengah brings extensive experience in sovereign wealth investment, alternative assets, and institutional asset management. She currently holds a leadership position at the Brunei Investment Agency and serves on the boards of other organizations. Concurrently, Mr. Wayne Huo has resigned from his director positions. The board composition will be adjusted following these changes, with the board consisting of four non-independent directors and five independent directors, including Ms. Tengah.
