Ambow Education Holding Ltd. Announces Results of Annual General Meeting

Ambow Education Holding Ltd. announced that at its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on December 19, 2025, shareholders approved two key proposals. Mingjun Wang was elected to the Board of Directors as a Class II director, with a term extending until the 2028 annual meeting or until a successor is appointed. Additionally, the appointment of Guangdong Prouden CPAs GP as the Company's independent auditor for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, was ratified. The financial statements for this period will be prepared in accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
