Alvotech Terminates ATM Prospectus Supplement

Alvotech has notified Jefferies LLC of its decision to suspend and terminate the ATM Prospectus Supplement. This supplement was related to the potential issuance of the Company's ordinary shares under the Open Market Sale Agreement dated June 14, 2024. Alvotech will not issue any further securities under this agreement unless a new prospectus supplement or registration statement is filed. The Sales Agreement itself remains in effect. This report is incorporated by reference into various registration statements filed by Alvotech.
