Almonty Industries to Join Russell 1000 and Russell 3000 Indices in 2026

Almonty Industries Inc. announced it will join both the Large-Cap Russell 1000 Index and Broad-Market Russell 3000 Index following the 2026 Russell indexes reconstitution. The inclusion is based on preliminary lists posted by FTSE Russell on May 22, 2026, and will become effective when markets open on June 29, 2026. This inclusion reflects Almonty's market capitalization growth and operational progress, including the development of its flagship Sangdong Mine in South Korea and relocation of corporate headquarters to the United States. CEO Lewis Black stated that inclusion in these widely followed indices will enhance the company's visibility among institutional investors and broaden its shareholder base. The Russell 3000 Index includes approximately 4,000 largest U.S. stocks by market capitalization, with about $12.2 trillion in assets benchmarked against Russell U.S. indexes as of June 2025.
