Akanda Corp. Not in Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Requirements

Akanda Corp. received a notification from Nasdaq stating that it is not in compliance with the periodic filing requirements due to its failure to file its Annual Report on Form 20-F for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The company intends to file the report as soon as possible and must submit a plan to Nasdaq by July 19, 2026, outlining steps to regain compliance.
