AITX's RAD Expands Data Center Security Footprint to 30 Units at Single Site
Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc. (AITX), through its subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD), has secured an order for ten additional RIOβ’ Mini autonomous solar-powered security towers, licensed with SARAβ’ (Speaking Autonomous Responsive Agent). These units will be deployed at a data center development site, bringing the total deployment at this location to thirty RIO Mini units. This expansion is driven by the accelerated development of data centers across North America and the need for continuous security during the construction phase. The thirty-unit deployment is expected to generate over $500,000 in annual recurring revenue (ARR). CEO Steve Reinharz highlighted the shift towards autonomous security for critical infrastructure projects. AITX anticipates further expansion with this client and sees similar opportunities in large-scale construction projects. The company offers AI-driven security and productivity solutions, with its RAD subsidiary redefining the security services industry through its AI-driven Solutions-as-a-Service model, aiming for cost savings compared to traditional manned security.
