Initial Statement of Beneficial Ownership

Zhang Xun (Amy), Chief Financial Officer of Jianpu Technology Inc., has filed an initial statement of beneficial ownership reporting the acquisition of 600,000 unvested restricted share units (RSUs) on December 31, 2025. These RSUs were granted under the Company's 2017 Share Incentive Plan and will vest in four equal annual installments starting January 1, 2027, through January 1, 2030. Each RSU represents the contingent right to receive one Class A ordinary share of the Company upon vesting. The RSUs are directly owned by Zhang Xun (Amy).
