AIFU Inc. Share Subscription Agreement with Expansion Group Ltd

AIFU Inc. has entered into a share subscription agreement with Expansion Group Ltd. for the issuance of 10,000,000 Class B ordinary shares at a par value of US$0.002 per share, totaling US$20,000.
