Form 8-K Filing: Director Leave of Absence

On June 11, 2026, Jim H. Snabe notified C3.ai, Inc. of his immediate leave of absence from the Board of Directors and as special advisor to the CEO, due to his appointment as Special Envoy to the European Commission for Industrial Artificial Intelligence. Mr. Snabe will not stand for re-election at the 2026 annual stockholder meeting and will not perform any board or advisory duties during his leave.
