Ashford Hospitality Trust Completes Sale of Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens

Ashford Hospitality Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) announced the completion of the sale of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Palm Beach Gardens PGA Boulevard in Florida on April 7, 2026. The sale was conducted through an indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Palm Beach Florida Hotel and Office Building Limited Partnership, to PBG Embassy Partners, LLC for $41 million in cash, subject to customary pro-rations and adjustments. The Company also reported that approximately $40.0 million was paid to the mortgage lender, which was secured by eleven hotels including the sold property. Unaudited pro forma financial information as of and for the year ended December 31, 2025, reflects the removal of the assets and liabilities of the sold hotel and its results of operations, including a preliminary non-recurring gain associated with the disposition.
