American Clean Resources Group, Inc. Forms Joint Venture for Energy Infrastructure Development
American Clean Resources Group, Inc. announced the formation of a joint venture through its subsidiary, ACRG Energy Holdings, Inc., with Phoenix New Era, LLC. This collaboration establishes American Clean Energy, LLC (ACE), a Nevada limited liability company, aimed at developing energy infrastructure initiatives pertinent to the company's critical minerals processing strategy. ACE will explore opportunities in geothermal partnerships, LNG-based power solutions, and other energy infrastructure projects connected to the company's existing and future development sites. ACRG Energy Holdings will hold a controlling interest in ACE, while Phoenix New Era, LLC will participate through a performance-based earn-in structure over three years, contingent upon achieving specific operational, strategic, and business development milestones. The company views ACE as a strategic move to advance its critical minerals processing platform and associated infrastructure, particularly for its Millers, Nevada and Cross Caribou, Colorado projects. The formation of ACE is expected to support the advancement of the Company's critical minerals processing platform and related infrastructure initiatives.
