On July 17, 2026, the Board of Directors of AI Era Corp. appointed Chiyuan Deng, the Company’s current President and sole director, as Interim Chief Executive Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Deng will continue to serve in these roles under the terms of his existing Employment Agreement dated March 1, 2026. There are no family relationships between Mr. Deng and any other director or executive officer, nor are there any arrangements or understandings pursuant to which he was selected. No material plan, contract, or arrangement was entered into or materially amended in connection with his appointment.
