Ambev S.A. Shareholder Notice: Fiscal Council Nomination Update

Ambev S.A. has issued a notice to shareholders regarding a change in the nomination for the Fiscal Council. Ms. Maria Salete Garcia Pinheiro has been replaced by Mr. Vasco de Freitas Barcellos Neto as an alternate member. Consequently, the Company has re-filed its Management's Proposal and Bulletin for Distance Vote for the Annual General Shareholders' Meeting, originally disclosed on March 30, 2026. These updated documents solely reflect the replacement of the alternate candidate. All other information remains unchanged. Shareholders who have already submitted votes are advised that votes cast for the previously nominated pair of candidates will be disregarded. Those wishing to vote on this matter may resubmit their Bulletin for Distance Vote by April 26, 2026, through the designated service provider to ensure their instructions are considered.
