Aardvark Therapeutics Enters Retention Bonus Agreements with CFO/COO and CMO

On June 10, 2026, Aardvark Therapeutics, Inc. entered into retention bonus letter agreements with two key executive officers: Nelson Sun, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and Manasi Jaiman, M.D., M.P.H., Chief Medical Officer. Under the terms of the agreements, Mr. Sun is eligible for a total cash retention bonus of $346,500, which includes a $198,000 guaranteed annual bonus for 2026 and a $148,500 retention bonus. Dr. Jaiman is eligible for a total cash retention bonus of $357,000, consisting of a $204,000 guaranteed annual bonus for 2026 and a $153,000 retention bonus. Both bonuses are scheduled to be paid in full on January 1, 2027, contingent upon the executives' continued employment through that date.
