TORM plc Announces Major Shareholder and Board Changes

TORM plc has announced two significant changes. Firstly, OCM Njord Holdings S.à r.l. no longer holds any shares and voting rights in the company as of October 6, 2026. This follows Oaktree Capital Management and its affiliates ceasing to hold an ownership interest in TORM. Secondly, as a consequence of this change in ownership, Christopher Boehringer has stepped down from the Company’s Board of Directors with immediate effect. Boehringer had been a board member since 2015 and played a key role in the company's transformation and growth. The company expressed gratitude for his contributions and insights. The Board of Directors now consists of Simon Mackenzie Smith, Annette Malm Justad, Göran Trapp, Jann Brown, and Jacob Meldgaard.
