On September 18, 2026, Jason Williams, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer and principal accounting officer of LandBridge Company LLC, informed the Company of his intention to retire in July 2027. He will continue in his roles until a successor is appointed and plans to transition to an advisory position to facilitate a smooth succession. Mr. Williams' retirement is not due to any disagreements with the Company's operations, policies, or practices. Scott L.
