Intermap Technologies Acquires PCI Geomatics

Intermap Technologies has completed the acquisition of PCI Geomatics, a move expected to double its recurring revenue and accelerate its technology roadmap. The acquisition integrates PCI's processing capabilities into Intermap's existing workflows, extending AI/ML analytics across numerous geospatial applications. This integration is projected to enhance Intermap's offerings in the commercial space market, adding over 30,000 installed licenses and opening new commercialization pathways. Intermap anticipates this will lead to a 100% growth in commercial revenue for 2027, reaching $12–$15 million. The company also highlighted its updated 2027 financial outlook, projecting Adjusted EBITDA of approximately $5 million, excluding potential government procurements. The transaction, which closed on October 7, 2026, was funded with $7.7 million in cash.
