Spodumene Supply Agreement with LG Energy Solution

Elevra Lithium Limited has executed a binding Spodumene Concentrate Supply Agreement with LG Energy Solution for the supply of 240,000 dry metric tonnes (dmt) of spodumene concentrate over a three-year term, commencing from the first shipment expected in calendar year 2026. The agreement includes a base quantity of 30,000 dmt in 2026, 60,000 dmt in each of 2027 and 2028, and 90,000 dmt in 2029. An additional optional volume of up to 90,000 dmt may be supplied over the term. The pricing is market-linked and adjusted for lithium content. This agreement aligns with Elevra’s strategy to establish strategic customer relationships and diversify its sales portfolio for the North American Lithium (NAL) production. The company views this as a significant step in its commercial strategy, securing a major customer and retaining exposure to market pricing.
