Eltek Ltd. Announces CEO Transition

Eltek Ltd. announced a CEO transition through a Form 6-K filing. Eli Yaffe will retire as CEO effective September 23, 2026, after serving since July 2018. Ron Freund, the current CFO, has been appointed as the new CEO, effective September 23, 2026. Freund will continue as CFO until a successor is appointed. The Board of Directors expressed gratitude to Yaffe for his leadership and contributions, during which Eltek strengthened its position in the high-end printed circuit board market. Yaffe will be appointed as a director of the company effective March 8, 2027. Freund, with over 30 years of experience in financial management and with public companies, will lead Eltek in its continued strategy and growth.
