Amendment to Supply & Quality Agreement

Anteris Technologies Global Corp. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Anteris Aus Operations Pty Ltd (AAOPL), entered into an Amendment to its Supply & Quality Agreement with Harvey Industries Group Pty Ltd. The Amendment extends the agreement's term to the earlier of December 31, 2026, or the execution date of a new, replacement supply and quality agreement between the parties. All other terms of the original agreement remain in effect.
