Code of Ethics Amendments

On September 22, 2026, Akamai Technologies, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors adopted amendments to the Company's Code of Ethics. These amendments aim to update and clarify existing provisions, enhance organization and clarity, and address emerging areas of focus. The changes include the addition of defined terms and roles, and an expansion of the Code's scope. Importantly, these amendments do not waive any prior provisions of the Code. The updated Code of Ethics is available on the company's investor relations website.
