Curtiss-Wright Corporation Share Repurchase Authorization Increased to $700 Million
Curtiss-Wright Corporation announced on September 10, 2026, that its Board of Directors has authorized an additional $510 million for share repurchases, bringing the total available authorization to $700 million. This includes $190 million remaining from previous authorizations.
