Consequently, the Company's shares will be delisted from Nasdaq, and trading in its securities will be suspended starting October 9, 2026. This decision stems from the Company's failure to regain compliance with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(b)(2), which requires a minimum market value of $35 million for its primary listed securities.
