ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. Reports Record High Quarterly Revenue

ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. reported record high third quarter 2026 revenue of NT$8,400.8 million (US$263.8 million), a 13.8% increase from the previous quarter and a 36.7% increase year-over-year. Revenue for September 2026 was NT$2,792.0 million (US$87.7 million), up 0.2% month-over-month and 33.8% year-over-year. The company attributes this growth to sustained AI-related demand, which is outpacing memory supply. ChipMOS is expanding its capacity to meet existing customer forecasts and long-term agreements amidst persistent structural supply constraints and broadening demand across its memory and storage markets. The company, a provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services, is listed on the Taiwan Stock Exchange and Nasdaq.
