Zoom Communications, Inc. Board Changes

Zoom Communications, Inc. announced two key changes to its Board of Directors. Effective August 31, 2026, Jeff Epstein was appointed as a Class I director and a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Epstein brings extensive experience, notably as the former EVP and CFO of Oracle Inc. and currently as an Operating Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, specializing in B2B software and AI. He also serves on the boards of Autodesk, Inc., AvePoint, Inc., and Twilio, Inc. Separately, Jonathan Chadwick notified the Company of his decision to resign from the board, effective November 19, 2026. His resignation is not due to any disagreements with the Company. The company issued a press release on September 2, 2026, to announce Mr. Epstein's appointment.
