RPC, INC. Officer Compensation Adjustment

RPC, Inc. announced on September 3, 2026, that its Human Capital Management and Compensation Committee approved adjustments to the compensation of its President and CEO, Ben M. Palmer, and its Vice President, CFO, Treasurer, and Corporate Secretary, Michael L. Schmit. Effective retroactively from May 16, 2026, Mr. Palmer's annual base salary increased from approximately $637,000 to $750,000. Mr. Schmit's annual base salary increased from approximately $361,000 to $530,000, and his target annual cash bonus for 2026 was raised to 85% of his annual base salary. These changes do not affect other material terms of their compensation.
