Officer and Director Change

Effective October 19, 2026, Ms. Kelli Gallegos, Principal Financial and Accounting Officer of Invesco Capital Management LLC and its underlying funds, began a leave of absence. Concurrently, Ms. Lori Anello was appointed as the new Principal Financial and Accounting Officer, effective October 22, 2026. Ms. Anello, with extensive experience in fund administration and treasury roles within Invesco, will oversee operational readiness for various fund types. This change impacts the Invesco DB Multi-Sector Commodity Trust and its series, including the Invesco DB Energy Fund, Invesco DB Oil Fund, Invesco DB Precious Metals Fund, Invesco DB Base Metals Fund, and Invesco DB Agriculture Fund.
